• Booking & Deposit

All appointments require a €100 deposit.
The deposit secures the appointment date and covers administrative and design preparation time. The deposit will be deducted from the final tattoo price.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits remain valid for up to 6 months and may be transferred to a new appointment scheduled within that period.
After 6 months, unused deposits expire.

• Design Process

All designs are created specifically for each client and remain the intellectual property of Aura One.
Designs are not shared prior to the appointment unless agreed otherwise.
Minor adjustments can be discussed during the appointment. Significant design changes may require additional design time and could result in a new appointment date.
Changes to the agreed concept, placement, size or scope of the project after booking may require a new appointment and deposit.
Custom designs will not be released, shared or transferred in the event of cancellation.

• Pricing

Price estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of booking.
Should the final price differ significantly from the original estimate, this will always be communicated in advance. Significant differences are considered to be €100 or more above the agreed estimate.
Any changes to the project scope, size, placement or design may affect the final price.

• Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited.

• Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, medications, infections, skin conditions or other health-related concerns that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in the immediate cancellation of the appointment.
Aura One reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a tattoo session if proceeding is considered unsafe for the client, the artist or other clients present in the studio.
Tattooing will not be performed on anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older and may be asked to present valid identification.

• Touch-Ups

One complimentary touch-up is offered within 12 months of the original appointment where deemed necessary.
Touch-up requests made after 12 months may be subject to a material and setup fee.
Touch-ups do not apply where healing issues are the result of incorrect aftercare, excessive sun exposure, picking, scratching or other external factors beyond the artist's control.

• Aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be provided following the appointment.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare guidance provided.
Aura One cannot be held responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare.

• Right to Refuse Service

Aura One reserves the right to decline, cancel or discontinue any appointment or project that does not align with the artist's professional judgement, artistic direction, studio policies or safety requirements.
Respectful communication and behaviour are expected at all times. Aura One reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate, aggressive or disrespectful conduct.

• Agreement

By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
